Dear Mr. Doe,

I am writing to apply for the position of Graphic Designer Senior for Principal Designs. I have been working as a Graphic Designer Junior for the past three years in a Company called Mashup Designs and I sincerely believe I have gathered the experience and knowledge required to move up to this position.

In the job description, you mention that one of the skills required is a good grasp of both Photoshop and InDesign. In Mashup Designs I worked mainly as a magazine editor, for which I had to work with InDesign constantly. I also used to design logos and brochures in Photoshop, so both these tools are quite familiar to me. In addition, I used to work with Illustrator and Canvas.

My former employer was very pleased with my work and often delegated important tasks to me. Because I love designing, I took two courses on Photoshop, for which I can provide the certification I was given after completing the courses.

When I saw the opening position for Graphic Designer Senior in Principal Designs, I knew it was the right step for me to take. I am more than capable of meeting the requirements that are expected of me for this job, so I would love to be a part of your team. I have included my portfolio and my educational background so that you can take a look at my former experience.

Thank you for your consideration.

If you would like to contact me, please feel free to do so by sending me an email to mel.pool@email.com or by calling to 333-333-333. I hope to hear from you!

Sincerely,

Melanie Pool, Applicant.

Dear Mr. Doe,

I am writing to apply for the position of Community Manager at Principal Designs. I am currently studying Multimedia Technology at ACM University and I would love the opportunity to work in your Company.

I do not have previous working experience, however, I am top of my class and I will be graduating this year with the highest honors. During my years as a student at ACM University, I learned a lot about Social Media and Community Management, as well as measuring analytics and writing for SEO. I strongly believe I have all the tools and knowledge required to meet the responsibilities for the open position of Community Manager.

My teachers and fellow classmates have commended me for my eagerness to learn and for the easiness in which I incorporate new contents. Working for your Company interests me a lot and I am confident I will be able to meet your expectations fully.

I sincerely hope you will give me the opportunity to prove that I have all the requirements needed to take on this job successfully. I have attached my Curriculum Vitae and I can provide recommendation letters by my teachers if you were to need them too.

If you would like to contact me, you can do so by sending me an email to mel.pool[at]email.com. I will be looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Melanie Pool, Applicant.

Dear Mr. Doe,

I am writing to apply for the open position of professor of Marketing and Social Media that you advertised in issue 19 of the College’s Magazine. I am currently a student at Milwaukee State University and I am preparing my dissertation in Online Marketing. I strongly believe I have the experience and qualifications that make me an ideal candidate for your open position.

Over the past few years, I have worked as a Multimedia Assistant at Milwaukee State University and I have taught several courses in Social Media and Community Management in and out of the University. I have successfully completed two Master Classes in Social Media Analytics and Content Writing for the Web. One of my main interests is creating quality marketing strategies for the Media, and I pride myself in being able to detect massive opportunities for companies that want to launch their products online. I also have passed this and last year’s Google AdWords Course successfully.

For all of the aforementioned reasons, I am confident that I am the perfect candidate for the open position of Professor of Marketing and Social Media at your College. I have attached my Curriculum Vitae and I would be happy to provide further material that you request. Thank you so much for your consideration and time. I will be looking forward to hearing from you.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to apply for the summer’s graphic design internship position that was published in this month’s Design Tech Magazine. I deeply believe that my background in Multimedia Technology studies makes me the ideal candidate for this vacant position.

I am currently in my last year of College where I am pursuing a Degree in Multimedia Technology, and I am looking for a good Internship that will allow me to move forward in my field of expertise. This past year I worked as an Assistant Teacher of Community Management and Branding Design at Great Designs School of Arts. My main interest, however, is in graphic design. I have a great grasp of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and I have a keen eye for aesthetics and color cohesion.

I believe I would make a great addition to your team. I have the all skills that are necessary to take on a job like this one and so I strongly believe I could be an asset to the Company. What is more, the internship program would allow me to garner more experience in the Graphic Design department, therefore, it would be beneficial to both parts involved.

If you would like to contact me, you can call me to 333-333-333. I will be looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you so much for your time and consideration.

Yours Truly,

Matthew Ostted, Applicant.

La forma correcta de hacerlo sería con “Mr/Ms/To whom it may concern, I am writing to apply for the position of…”
I am interested in this job because…». I have been working as…/I possess solid experience in the field of…/I have vast knowledge in…/I have a degree in…».
